Our commitment
Your data belongs to you. iMagic Nexa does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, brokers, or any third-party marketer. We collect only what is required to run the service you signed up for.
What we collect
- Account: email address, display name, and (optionally) a profile avatar you upload.
- Viewing activity: titles you save, continue-watching progress, and search terms, used to power your list, resume playback, and recommendations.
- Device & usage: approximate country (from IP), browser type, and login timestamps, used for security and to size infrastructure.
- Payments: handled entirely by Paystack. We store only a transaction reference and plan status. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
To provide the app, keep your account secure, remember your preferences, send transactional emails you asked for (verification, receipts, subscription reminders), and let admins respond to your support messages.
Who we share with
Only the vendors that make the app work: our hosting/database provider, our email delivery provider, and Paystack for payments. Each is bound by their own privacy terms. We do not share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can delete your saved list, continue-watching history, and profiles at any time from Settings. To delete your entire account, contact support and we will remove your data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirement (for example, tax records for payments).
Children
The Kids profile mode filters to family-friendly titles and requires a PIN to exit. Parents are responsible for the profile choices made on their account.
